Turn one invoice into multiple payments, reconciled as one.

Let each payer pay their share directly, while you keep one invoice and one clear balance.

One invoice doesn’t always mean one payer.

When several people are responsible for the same bill, you are left chasing payments, tracking who has paid and working out by hand what is still outstanding.

What’s in it for you.

Win the jobs that need more than one payer

Nobody has to front the whole invoice, so a job doesn’t stall on the one person who can’t cover it.

Start collecting sooner

Each share lands as it is paid, instead of waiting on one person to pay and then chase the rest.

Keep your workflow unchanged

One customer, one invoice, one accounting system. Toka handles the split behind it, so several payers never become several accounts to manage.

Toka is made for businesses that shouldn’t have to wait for one person to pay.

Toka collects one invoice from multiple payers and keeps every payment tied to one clear outstanding balance.

Split, collect and reconcile.

  • By amount or percentage
  • Assign each share to the right person

  • Keep one clear invoice from start to finish

FAQs

Is this bill splitting?

No. Those products work out who owes whom after someone has already paid the whole thing. Toka establishes who is responsible for what before anyone is collected from, and each person pays the business directly. Nobody is ever out of pocket waiting to be paid back.

Do I have to change how I invoice?

No. Same invoice, same accounting system. Toka fills the gap between the invoice you raise and the payments against it.

Is there anything to integrate?

No. Toka works from the invoice you already raise, so there is no checkout to change and no code to add. We set the connection up with you.

Do you hold the money?

No. Your payment provider processes every payment and pays your business directly. Toka has no balance, no float, and no custody of funds at any point.

Is my customers’ card data safe?

Card and bank details are entered on your payment provider’s own capture form and are tokenised in the browser. They never reach Toka. Toka never sees, stores or transmits a card number.

When does a payment count as paid?

When it settles, not when it starts. A payment that has been approved but has not landed changes nothing. If a direct debit fails later, that share goes back to outstanding. The balance you see is money that has actually arrived.

What if one person doesn’t pay?

Their share stays outstanding and nobody else’s changes. The invoice shows exactly what has landed and what has not.

Only Xero and Pinch?

Those are what is wired up today. Accounting and payments are both slots behind an interface, so neither is baked into how Toka works.
